Where are the goods shipped from?
Goods are sent from our offices in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan, Indonesia or from our warehouse in Muskegon MI. We process international orders using UPS, DHL, Singapore Post, EMS, Pos Indonesia & Air Cargo

For US customers: we use EMS Pos Indonesia, Singapore Post & Air Cargo
Our postal agreements allow us to ship to most countries.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
ETA to the USA using Pos Indonesia for around 7 – 14 days.
ETA to Australia using DHL for about 14 days.
ETA to Europe using UPS or DHL for about 10 – 14 days, Pos Indonesia 7 – 14 days on Sundays.

Are all products available in bulk?
You can request in advance for large quantities, because you will get a special price
Do you offer free samples?
No. If you are interested in testing our quality, we check small orders before placing large orders.
Does Kratom already have laboratory results?
Some types of kratom already have laboratory results, we will share them privately via email, please contact us
How do I change my order or shipping address?
As long as we are contacted before your order leaves our warehouse (within 12 hours of your order), we may change your order or shipping address. Please submit with your full name, email address, and new order or shipping address. Once received, your order or shipment will be updated if the tracking is out and you want to change the address, we will try to help you by contacting the shipping office we use, but we cannot ensure that the address can be changed if the package is in transit, an error that Very fatal is if you write wrong postal code, city and country. You should fill in your address to be more thorough.
When will my order be shipped and will you ship my order?
All orders are dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, during business hours before 15:00 WIB. Orders made on Saturday are the same day as bookings made before 12:00 WIB. If done before cut-off time, your order will be shipped on the same day between 01:00 and 03:00 Indonesian Time.
What if my order is delay?
Delays, delays can occur occasionally, and most of the time are beyond our control. If the delay does not occur please contact us and we will solve it for you, the delivery party should be your first contact in this case.
Do you ship globally?
We process international orders via International Post. Our postal agreements allow us to ship to most countries. International shipping rates depend on the cost of your order and the location of your delivery address.
Who pays international import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs fees that may be charged on delivery. Unfortunately, maengdaorder has no control over these allegations. Customs determines this fee and maengdaorder doesn’t know how much it costs. Maengdaorder is not responsible for the actions taken by the customs or selected parcel delivery services.
Guarantee and Refunds?
We always provide complete documents for the customs clearance process in your country. However, if the customs confiscates your package, we will provide a win-win solution by refunding you 50% of your payment or resending the package. Make sure your country is legal.
