Kratom is 100% legal in Czech Republic. According to Government Regulation 463/2013 Col. and the next update to the addictive substance list, kratom is not listed as an addictive substance. Therefore, there are shops selling kratom legally all over Czech Republic.

Czech Republic is the only post-communist country that reduces penalties for drug-related offenders.  Czech Republic is known as a country that has the most liberal nature towards herbal medicine without exception. The handling of narcotics and psychotropic substances, as well as legal precursors, is subject to the regulations in accordance with the Addictive Substances Act (Act67 / 1998).

Drug use is not an offense in Czech Republic, and cultivation or possession of small amounts for personal use is a non-criminal offense under the Addictive Substances Act.
